Pets:
Our cat Max is 14 years old. He was diagnosed by the Veterinarian with arthritis in his spine and leg joints. As a result he used to be in a lot of pain. He was not very mobile. When we walked in the door we would have to look for him as he would not greet us. We had to pick him up and put him on the couch. He was getting old and it had been years since Max had caught a mouse. We started drinking the high pH water last year and we starting giving Max the water as well. Within a few short weeks we started noticing a difference in Max. He is like a young cat again! When we get home he comes to the door to greet us, and he now jumps up on our laps, all by himself! Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Dry Skin and Dehydration:
I suffered from Irritable Bowel Syndrome for several years, probably about 15 years. The symptoms were very painful; the cramping felt like I had razor blades in my intestines. Several tests were performed on my bowels and there was nothing the Doctors could do to help improve the situation. I started drinking the high pH alkaline water in May of 2010. Within two weeks of drinking the water I noticed an improvement in the IBS. Ninety five percent of the symptoms have disappeared!! I also used to have dry skin and now I find that my skin is more hydrated. I now use less body creams and lotions. I have always exercised a lot and I never used to sweat when I worked out. I now find that I sweat a lot more when I exercise. My body is now hydrated!!

Weight Loss, Cholesterol and High Blood Pressure:
My husband Mike used to be on medication for cholesterol and high blood pressure. After three months of drinking the high pH alkaline water Mike no longer needed medication for high blood pressure or high cholesterol. Colds, Flus, Muscle Aches and Energy Levels:
We purchased our "Ionways" alkaline water machine sixteen months ago after many conversations with friends who already had one. There are several benefits that we have experienced from the high pH alkaline water. I was never a water drinker before; if I drank four glasses of water per week I was doing good. With the alkaline water I drink 6-8 glasses everyday; there is just something that once I have that first glass, I want more. I have more energy and the muscle aches that I had constantly have now disappeared and only reappear when I am away from the water for several days. Migraines:
I started drinking the high pH, alkaline water in February of 2009. My body used to be extremely acidic and now I am on the higher range of the pH level! I used to suffer from severe migraines. Every month due to the hormonal changes in my body I had to take the prescription drug Zomig. I have only taken 3 Zomig pills in the past 2 years!!

Cuddles the Cat:
Our cat "Cuddles" broke his back leg in five places on December 29/2010. We had a cast put on his leg and the Doctor told us that it was really important for Cuddles to eat and drink. The cast was heavy so he was unable to lift it; he was only able to drag the cast along the floor. We were concerned because Cuddles was not eating or drinking very much. We drink the high pH alkaline water so we thought we would try and feed it to him. Within 2 days of drinking the pH water Cuddles started eating and drinking as normal. He started walking on his cast and sometimes he was even running on his cast. He's going to be OK!!

Kidney Stones/Tax Deduction:
I am writing this letter as an update to the letter written in March, shortly after our water treatment system was installed. We were very pleased with the high standards of both the equipment and service.
We are pleased to report a surprising medical benefit due to our Reverse Osmosis. Unfortunately, I suffer from chronic kidney stones. I had many attacks of severe pain that often resulted in hospital visits, numerous admissions and several surgeries.
My kidney stone attacks have been reduced by approximately 94% which I am convinced is a direct result of drinking purified water from our Water Canada R. O. system.
I would recommend that anyone suffering from similar problems should certainly explore the possibility of treating their water and drinking purified water.

Gout:
I am in my fifties. I used to have a very high level of uric acid in my system. Every time I used to eat beef or foods high in protein I could hardly walk the next morning. My Doctor said that it was gout. I started drinking the high pH alkaline water in September of 2010. I started noticing a difference after a couple of weeks. Now I have a reduction of uric acid in my body. It has gone from a high level to a normal level and my gout feels so much better!

Chronic Knee Pain:
For thirty years I was a brick layer of interlocking paving stones. I never used knee pads. As a result when I was in my thirties I had so much pain in my knees that it sometimes brought me to tears. The pain was worse in the winter months. The Doctors said it was bursitis or arthritis. I was in so much pain but I did not like to take pain killers. I had MRIs done and the Doctors ended up by saying that it was all in my head. I started drinking the high pH, alkaline water in August of 2009 and worked my way up to the pH level ten in one month. After three months of drinking the alkaline water my pain was completely gone!! The nice thing is that even when the weather changes I still have no pain.

Extreme Fatigue and Joint Pain:
I used to feel tired all of the time. My job is very physical so I didn't have enough energy at the end of the work day to walk or play ball. I just wanted to sleep. Stomach Problems and Psoriasis:
In August of 1992 we had a Reverse Osmosis drinking water system installed. My husband and I had stomach problems and have found through drinking the water how much better we feel. It's really amazing.
We also had a water softener installed and what a blessing this has been, I have psoriasis and this skin problem is so much better. What a luxury to bathe in that lovely soft water, plus the many benefits of minimal cleaning and pure soap.

Arthritis Pain and Lack of Energy:
From the first thing in the morning I could hardly walk due to arthritic pain in my back. I was in 24 hour pain for the past 23 years. My heart would race very fast just from sweeping the floor. My family wanted me to apply for a home maker. I wore a nitro patch daily. I had very little energy and very little strength. I had difficulty walking any distance or going up stairs. Due to an auto accident 23 years ago I lost the ability to walk or jump. My brain was retrained to walk at the Kelowna Hospital, but I could not retrain myself on how to jump. If I had jumped off a step I would have fallen on my face.
I started drinking the high pH alkaline water in March of 2009. It took about 2-3 weeks before I started feeling results. I do not suffer from constant pain anymore and I have no problem getting out of bed in the mornings. I no longer wear a nitro patch and my heart no longer races. I do my own house work with no problem. I now can dig and shovel dirt for my garden. I can mow my own lawn. In the middle of June to my surprise I jumped off the tailgate of my van. High Blood Pressure, Fluid Retention, Diabetes and Arthritis:
I suffered from high blood pressure. My ankles used to always be swollen. I am a diabetic and I used to suffer from achy arms, hands and shoulders. I started drinking the alkaline water in June of 2009. It took about 2 months before I really started noticing the difference. My blood pressure came down; it is the best that it has been in years. The swelling on my ankles is totally gone as I am not retaining as much fluid. I also have better blood sugar levels. The arthritis has improved because I am not as sore and achy as I used to be. High Blood Pressure and "Moving":
This is the first time I am writing an endorsement letter. My husband and I feel that your Softener and Reverse Osmosis drinking water systems are very good, and we want to tell you that we are very pleased with it.
The Water Softener lets us enjoy luxurious baths. We use less soap in our washing machine and dish washer. You can feel the softness of the water on your skin.
The Reverse Osmosis lets us enjoy pure water that actually tastes very good. By removing the impurities from the water we feel that your system has helped my husband control his high blood pressure.
He had high blood pressure for the last 25 years and he was taking medication for it.

Acid Reflux:
I was unable to sleep on my side. For many months I had to sit up while I slept. If I had desserts or coffee in the afternoon that meant that I would have a very poor sleep or no sleep at all that night. I used to chew Tums like candy. Baby:
We haven't had our Reverse Osmosis system for very long, but I have already noticed such a great improvement! Tea, coffee and everything else which is prepared with water tasted 100% better.
We have a 3 month old daughter who has been a lot happier since I have been using water from the Reverse Osmosis to prepare her formula. Before, when I would use tap water, which I would boil for 5 minutes, she would always have an upset tummy. Now she is a lot more content. Even our 3 year old will drink water now, when before he wouldn't.
I would recommend your system to everybody. Especially those people on V.I.D water.

Eczema:
Our son suffered with severe eczema. He would be so itchy that he would scratch his arms, legs and back until he bled. His hands would crack and bleed so often that after a while he wouldn't feel the pain or sting from the cracks. His eczema started right after I stopped nursing roughly five years ago. He was 7 months old when the eczema started. I noticed an improvement in his skin a couple weeks after we started giving him the alkaline water. He starting drinking the level 1 water and over the course of 1 month we had him up to the level 4 water. Since he has been drinking the high pH alkaline water his eczema has cleared up by 95%. His hands, legs and back have cleared up so much that his skin is becoming smooth again, which it hasn't been in the last 5 years he has been alive. Gout, Muscle Pain, Fluid Retention and an Extremely Acidic Body:
I have been trying to get my pH level up in my body for the past 2 years. I have been eating an extremely high pH diet for those 2 years. I could not get my pH levels above a level 5 which is very acidic. Because my body was so acidic I suffered from gout, arthritis, low energy levels, high blood pressure, and muscle and joint pain. I only have one kidney so I also suffered from fluid retention. I started drinking the high pH alkaline water in June of 2009. I attended a pH session put on by Water Canada and I told Nicky that I wanted to start on Level 2 pH water right away. It only took 2 weeks and I started noticing results. After 3 weeks of drinking the water my body pH level had gone up to 6.5!! My gout is not totally gone but it has improved dramatically. I have less pain in my ankles because the fluid retention has improved. My muscle pain has also improved. I have stopped taking one of my blood pressure pills. I still have to take one but my blood pressure has come down. My husband and I feel so good that we have purchased an alkaline machine from Water Canada.

Ringing in the Ears and Leg Pain:
My husband had ringing constantly in his ears and pain in his legs due to hardening of the arteries. After about 2 months on pure water the pain has gone in his legs and the noise in his ears is down to a slight buzz. Who would ever believe pure water could clean out your system so quickly.

Gout:
We have been meaning to write for some time and tell you how much we are enjoying our water softener and purifier. It is all you said it would be and more! No more calcium deposits in the sinks and everything is so much easier to keep clean. But, best of all, John has not had one attack of gout since last October! We had no idea that this would be one of the benefits! From mid 1991 to the fall of 1994, he saw the doctor ten different times about this problem, had tried every different medication imaginable, he had even seen a specialist about it. His diet had become very restricted, and he'd even bought a cane! Gout, Low Energy and Sore Knees:
I had low energy levels. When I worked out at the gym I would have pain in my knees. My gout was so bad that I used to have to take "Allopurinol" on a daily basis. If I enjoyed a few glasses of red wine on the weekend I would pay for it as I had excruciating pain in my feet. I started drinking the high pH alkaline water in April 2009 and it took 3 weeks before things improved. I have increased energy levels and I do not have pain in my knees when I work out at the gym. I never have to take the Allopurnol anymore for my gout and I can even have a couple glasses of red wine and I have no symptoms of gout anymore!

Headaches and Pain:
I suffered often from headaches. I broke my ankle 3 years ago and it used to give me a lot of pain. I also injured my elbow years ago and that caused me a lot of pain as well. I had limited movement of my arm; bringing it forward was painful. I started drinking the high pH alkaline water in March of 2009 and it took 2-3 weeks before I noticed a difference. I have less pain in my ankle and elbow and I have gained more movement in my elbow. I don't suffer from headaches anymore.

Arthritis, Bladder Infections and Coldsores:

Arthritis:
About a half a year ago, long enough now for us to make a statement, we had one of your water softeners and R.O. installed. We have been most satisfied in so many ways. A bath is a pleasure, dishes sparkle, clothes are snowy white with about a quarter of the soap. One other thing; my husband and I both have arthritis. Since we've had the system installed, my husband was able to stop taking his medication and I have had less of a problem. Now when we hear or read about polluted water, we do not worry. We are more than satisfied and would recommend it to everyone.

Eczema:
So here are some pictures of the changes in Lily's face since we started drinking the alkaline water and washing our baby's face with the acidic water. Not the most flattering pictures but as you can see the incredible improvements in her skin since she has been drinking the water. She always had the redness above her lip but not to the extreme as in the first picture. She used to react very badly to tomatoes. Now she eats whatever fruits or vegetables she wants with little to no reaction. She is so happy because she has been able to eat tomatoes which she loves!!
